Refund&Return Policy

We have prepared this Refund & Return Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the methods in which you can require a refund, a return, or a change of product, if applicable.

Our policy is valid for 30 days after signing for express delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer returns on any products that you may buy, no matter the quantity.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have indeed received the wrong sizes or styles against your order, first and foremost, we want to apologize for such inconvenience. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you with the returning address, we will be very happy to replace you with the new items at your request. In case of damaged/defective items, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
